I ordered Flowers from 1800Flowers.com for same day delivery and received a confirmation code and promise that they would deliver by the end of the day...they never did! I called and got a cust service rep who could barely speak english and was obviously following a "word track" to resolve the issue. They said they would get it done the following day...they never did! I called AGAIN and I got the same run-around.
