I purchased a Remington shaver that turned my skin black wherever I used it. It did wash off my skin but this is not a pleasant way to use an electric shaver, nor is it the way any shaver I have ever used has performed. It obviously is useless to me. I was told by 101 Shavers that I cannot return in exchange for another because I didn't have the original packaging which consisted of the hard plastic and cardboard type that must be cut open in several areas to get to the product. I was left with bits and pieces of the packaging which naturally I threw away. If I had saved it, it would be a hazard in my home as my little granddaughter is here often and the edges of the plastic are like small sharp knives where it had been cut. The manager of 101 was adamant about the fact that even though the product was useless, it couldn't be returned!
