I purchased a Remington shaver that turned my skin black wherever I used it. It did wash off my skin but this is not a pleasant way to use an electric shaver, nor is it the way any shaver I have ever used has performed. It obviously is useless to me. I was told by 101 Shavers that I cannot return in exchange for another because I didn't have the original packaging which consisted of the hard plastic and cardboard type that must be cut open in several areas to get to the product.
