On April 27, 2009 I ordered a "Thank You" banner online for my 10 and Under softball team sponsors. The web site says 24 Hour processing and receive in 5 to 7 days. It is now May 20 and I still have no banner. I called 4 times in the last 2 weeks and was told a customer care rep would call the next day. Not once did I ever receive a call. Also, at the beginning of last week when I called to complain yet again, I was told that they would just replace the order and I would have it Friday. Well, a week and a half later, still no banner. I called today and immediately asked for a manager. I yelled at her and her lousy customer service and all I was offered was to try another reorder or a refund. I asked for a banner and my money back since my season is half over now but they couldn't have cared less. I picked the refund and hopefully they won't screw me over on this. I now have put in an order at vistaprint.com. Hopefully this will turn out better. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
