My husband purchased online a pair of 14k White Gold Diamond-Cut hoop earrings from Tommy's Jewelry Store. After only wearing the earrings about a dozen times one of the hoops broke in half and the other one has a crack and is about to break also. When I found my receipt I called Tommy's Jewelry store and spoke to the store manager calmly explaining that my earrings were damaged and wondered how I could send them back to be repaired or replaced. The store manager was very rude, unapologetic dictating that there was nothing she could do for me and with no solution to the problem she terminated the call. The whole situation is very upsetting and to realize that we have purchase a item with a company that does not stand behind their product.
