My husband purchased online a pair of 14k White Gold Diamond-Cut hoop earrings from Tommy's Jewelry Store. After only wearing the earrings about a dozen times one of the hoops broke in half and the other one has a crack and is about to break also. When I found my receipt I called Tommy's Jewelry store and spoke to the store manager calmly explaining that my earrings were damaged and wondered how I could send them back to be repaired or replaced.
