For the first time I used 1800HOTELS. Hilton in Wilmington NC had a bad phone number for contact and a bad credit card from them to pay for my stay. I phoned numerous times, being told that it was the hotels fault. The company would not let the hotel put through charge for my stay until the day I checked out. Hiltons do a lot of business and this was a first for them. I do not recommend using 1800HOTELS unless you're prepared to deal with the problems they cause. It was the first and last for me. Never again. Imagine if you were out of the country, dealing with a language barrier and this problem. It's a disaster waiting to happen. All they could say when I phoned them numerous times was that it was the hotels fault. Do not use 1800HOTELS
