For the first time I used 1800HOTELS. Hilton in Wilmington NC had a bad phone number for contact and a bad credit card from them to pay for my stay. I phoned numerous times, being told that it was the hotels fault. The company would not let the hotel put through charge for my stay until the day I checked out. Hiltons do a lot of business and this was a first for them. I do not recommend using 1800HOTELS unless you're prepared to deal with the problems they cause. It was the first and last for me.
