I bought a ticket from them for travel to bangkok, They offer reduced fare business class. I paid by check. They took my credit card as security.
When i was leaving bangkok it turns out the tickets were bogus even though they looked good on paper. 4 hours by phone back and forth to 1st air and they said ok i should be able to get on now. I got on and then a month later found an upcharge of $2000 on my creditcard for airfare.

They lied about selling me tickets, they stonewalled and lied about paying me back - even claimed if i took bad reviews off of several web sites they would do the right thing. They lied because i got squat from them other than phone bills. This went on for 2 years through many attorneys and i got screwed. I think peopel should know this and boycott anything to do with first air 1st air and their affiliates.

Oh and they like to have t hier bulldog attorney threaten to sue you if you complain.
