I bought a ticket from them for travel to bangkok, They offer reduced fare business class. I paid by check. They took my credit card as security. When i was leaving bangkok it turns out the tickets were bogus even though they looked good on paper. 4 hours by phone back and forth to 1st air and they said ok i should be able to get on now. I got on and then a month later found an upcharge of $2000 on my creditcard for airfare.
