The transmission when out on my 2002 mercury cougar a couple weeks ago. I found a transmission shop to do the work as the warranty advice, they service the car and fax all the information to Cars Complete Automotive Repair Services Warranty. A week went by and we haven't heard anything from Cars, I decide to give them a call with my claim no. I spoke with a Bill i ask him what seem to be the problem concerning the car. For no reason this man got very rude with me over the phone, i still kept my cool because i know this man has my transportation in his hand and as he clearly brought it to my attention he has the say so if and when my car get fix or not. The next day he call the shop and told them he (Bill) was going with a transmission that is over 120, 000 miles. And i would have to pay over a 1000.00 dollars which my deductible is only 100 dollars. I don't think it right for them to put that transmission in my car for it to go out again a couple month later also i shouldn't have to pay anything over my deductible that they set. Tresia Matthews
