Bought a 2009 Mercedes e350 4matic about nine months ago. I have taken the vehicle in at least 7 times for 2 problems. Nav unit would suddenly shut down without a reason. It took them 5 visits to finally fix. The more serious problem is the vehicle will shift abruptly into second gear when slowing down and will stay there no matter what I do (will not up shift automatically OR MANUALLY) UNLESS CAR IS TTURNED OFF AND RESTARTED! This PROBLEM IS ON GOING NAD Mercedes HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX IT. It APPEARS TO BE RELATED TO COLD TEMPERTATURES. Involved IN LEMON LAW SUIT CURRENTLY Buyer beware
