Bought a 2009 Mercedes e350 4matic about nine months ago. I have taken the vehicle in at least 7 times for 2 problems. Nav unit would suddenly shut down without a reason. It took them 5 visits to finally fix. The more serious problem is the vehicle will shift abruptly into second gear when slowing down and will stay there no matter what I do (will not up shift automatically OR MANUALLY) UNLESS CAR IS TTURNED OFF AND RESTARTED!
