I applied online with suntrust bank, my bank that has my mortgage for a loan modification. suntrust sent me a letter about a week later of the steps that would take place. about 2 days later 21st century calls to ask me if i'm still interested in a loan modification. i said yes. the girl told me they were conected with suntrust and they would take care of it. i called the federal trade commission to ask about 21st cen tury. they has no reports on them so we ended up sending them all of our personal informtion plus 3 post dated checks for 1.049 each for may, june and july. after about 6 weeks we got a letter from suntrust saying we were in forfiet of losing our home . i called suntrust and they told me they never heard of 21 st legal services. i told suntrust they must have a breech in there secured site because i was called by 21st legal services within 10 days after i applied online. i immediately cancelled the june and july checks but 21st legal service cashed the june check for 1, 049.00. since then, i have constantly been calling the telephone number for 21st where i have been giving the run around. in the last few days i cannot get ahold of them. i have alot of names and paper work and want to see them punished. please help me or direct me in what to do. ronnie gilliam 423-863-0294 or 423-349-4603. thank you.
