I applied online with suntrust bank, my bank that has my mortgage for a loan modification. suntrust sent me a letter about a week later of the steps that would take place. about 2 days later 21st century calls to ask me if i'm still interested in a loan modification. i said yes. the girl told me they were conected with suntrust and they would take care of it. i called the federal trade commission to ask about 21st cen tury. they has no reports on them so we ended up sending them all of our personal informtion plus 3 post dated checks for... read full review »
