I purchased a 41" Garden bench from Sears home center in May-in October I noticed a couple tiles and the plaster underneath coming up-but in Dec I noticed the bench is dissentegrating---I called store, was told by Frank in garden and lawn bring it back for full refund as these benches have had alot of problems-he knew we purchased it in May-we called to be sure he was in as it is very heavy and hard to transport and were told by Dave the manager we absolutely could not return it, that Frank must not know the policies-it is a garden bench it should not be broken, it was packaged for Sears but he claims that the bench should have the manufacturer name on it ( it does not) and we need to return it to manufacturer! Apparently Sears doen't mind if they lose me as a customer of 20 yrs and everyone I can talk to you to convince them that Sears does not honor 100% customer satisfaction. I was actually going to buy a lawn mower while I was there-guess they don't want my business.
