I purchased a 41" Garden bench from Sears home center in May-in October I noticed a couple tiles and the plaster underneath coming up-but in Dec I noticed the bench is dissentegrating---I called store, was told by Frank in garden and lawn bring it back for full refund as these benches have had alot of problems-he knew we purchased it in May-we called to be sure he was in as it is very heavy and hard to transport and were told by Dave the manager we absolutely could not return it, that Frank must not know the policies-it is a garden bench... read full review »
