I recieved a text on my cell phone saying I had won a $200.00 gift card for Wal-mart. I could not clearly understand what was being said to me. The gentleman got very irratated and just stop talking. It sounded as if he put me on hold. I called back, got a different person. He started telling me what they were going to be sending me. I told him I did not understand what these "plans" were. Once again he too became aggitatate and rude at the fact I was asking questions. When I told him I was asking these questions because I wanted to make sure this was not some scam, he told me, If I thought it was a scam I should have not called. Well, the fight was on at that point. I proceeded to verbally, yet professionally cut him another rectum. I requested to speak to a supervisor. He said he was a supervisor. I requested the number to customer service, her machine was full. Surprising? Not!
