I recieved a text on my cell phone saying I had won a $200.00 gift card for Wal-mart. I could not clearly understand what was being said to me. The gentleman got very irratated and just stop talking. It sounded as if he put me on hold. I called back, got a different person. He started telling me what they were going to be sending me. I told him I did not understand what these "plans" were.
