Brought my bike in, was quoted 2 days for tune up, ended up being 2 weeks. When asked what the hold up was, was lied to saying a part, that I didn't ask for or get, was on backorder. The only part that I had ordered was there the day after bringing it in. Went to pick my bike up one day, he never opened.

I left an upset message, while remaining civil. When I finally get called to get my bike, he swears, dropping the F word at me a bunch of time because he was behind and was sick the one day and didn't like my message. I never once yelled at him, swore at him, or anything, and explained rationally that 2 weeks was outrageous. I was told to "sign the F-ing form and get the F out of his store."

If you like being lied to, sworn at, and treated horribly, by all means go here. Otherwise, visit someplace nicer like Park Ave Bike Shop (where I got my bike originally) for the same price.
