Brought my bike in, was quoted 2 days for tune up, ended up being 2 weeks. When asked what the hold up was, was lied to saying a part, that I didn't ask for or get, was on backorder. The only part that I had ordered was there the day after bringing it in. Went to pick my bike up one day, he never opened. I left an upset message, while remaining civil.
