These people and their company are idiots. Refrigerator went out so set up appt for next day. A and E did not show up for scheduled appt nor did they call. They then went on to say we werent' there...I took day off to wait. Reschduled for 4 days later, guy shows up and doesn't have part. Waited 3 more days for next appt which was scheduled from 8-12...they showed up at 6pm! They were unwilling to listen to us as customers or contact us during ANY of this time. If we heard from them it was bc we called. hhgregg sold us the warranty claiming it would give us speedy service. We went 8 days without refrigerator. That's not speedy. When asked what they can do for us to help in process, they said nothing. I will never do business with hhgregg or any business that has a and e as a contracting company. This a condensed version of what all actually happened but you probably can get the picture without the story.
