These people and their company are idiots. Refrigerator went out so set up appt for next day. A and E did not show up for scheduled appt nor did they call. They then went on to say we werent' there...I took day off to wait. Reschduled for 4 days later, guy shows up and doesn't have part. Waited 3 more days for next appt which was scheduled from 8-12...they showed up at 6pm! They were unwilling to listen to us as customers or contact us during ANY of this time.
