I bought a computer from them in 2001 - at the time i lived in NYC, but from Cleveland. During xmas holiday I came home and had them fix my computer, instead of installing a 80mg HD drive they gave me a 40. Regardless they fixed it. Their operation is a 3000 sq foot warehouse in Solon, OH - Classic eastern european biz. Fast forward to April of 04 and my computer crashed bad. Took it up there (in person_ and they fixed it for free - new motherboard, plus they cleaned out the entire computer, replacing the fan as well. They were able to recover my HD and saved me a zillion problems. No charge for anything. However, it appears that they are now closed down - at least their website is. If anyone wants me to check what is currently in their current location, i will drive out there!
