I bought a computer from them in 2001 - at the time i lived in NYC, but from Cleveland. During xmas holiday I came home and had them fix my computer, instead of installing a 80mg HD drive they gave me a 40. Regardless they fixed it. Their operation is a 3000 sq foot warehouse in Solon, OH - Classic eastern european biz. Fast forward to April of 04 and my computer crashed bad.
