I went to Google looking for a local florist in the Chicago area. Abbott's was listed in Calumet City, Il. I called their toll free number and placed an order at 9:05 for a funeral wake for today.

They did not disclose they are a "re=seller" and that orders are taken by a messager service.

No flowers were sent.

They advertise themselves as "family owned and operated" florist. This is patently not true.
