I purchased this product on the trial time only I cancelled in plenty of enough time to not be charged on my credit card. To my surprise I was charged after someone from the company told me I wouldn't when I cancelled. I can't get any live person to talk to me on the phone just sitting there listening to music and time slowly going by is all I heard when it tells you to wait for the next person. How comes you can 't complain to someone real??? Now my credit card is over the limit and there are fees that I have to pay and no maney to do this. Now my credit is messed up I honestly wouldn't of tried this product if I wouldn't of seen Rachel Ray and Ophra saying it was great. Now what do I do?
