I purchased this product on the trial time only I cancelled in plenty of enough time to not be charged on my credit card. To my surprise I was charged after someone from the company told me I wouldn't when I cancelled. I can't get any live person to talk to me on the phone just sitting there listening to music and time slowly going by is all I heard when it tells you to wait for the next person.
