They said that was the balance of the charge for the product - the product I never recieved. I cancelled it as soon as I got home from the bank, and they assured me there would be no further charges. When I told them it had been a month since the charges went through, I should have recevied the product by then. They then told me NO, you cancelled your order! This is the biggest scam company I have dealt with. They refuse to give you a name or identification number to complain, and refuse to let you talk to a supervisor.
