MY TRIAL CAME THEN I WAS BILLED 85.00
I CALLED AND THEY GAVE ME A RMA# TO RETURN IT AND CREDIT MY CARD TWO MONTHS AND STILL NO CREDIT. I CALL AND THEY SAY IT IS TAKEN CARE OF. I CALL MY CREDIT CARD AND NOTHING
HAS BEEN CREDITED. I NOW HAVE IT IN DISPUTE. WHAT A SCAM
I FEEL LIKE A FOOL

billed after I cancelled order
I called and canceled my trial order of this weight loss pill even got an e-mail stating that it was cancelled. I asked if they were gonna cancel the pending charges on my credit card account. They said they would. Low and behold I got charged anyway. I am very frustrated and upset that I got scammed!!! I am gonna cancel my card and get a new one before they charge my account again!!!

Cannot get refund
I received a so called "free sample" of Acai Berry around 1/22/09 and about a week ago $ 79.44 was charged to my Cr. Card. I called the number 1-866-964-1011 and they told me they can do nothing because the sample was only for 14 days. The bottle of pills they sent me was 60 capsules. For 14 days I guess you would only use 28 capsules, using them twice a day per the directions. I also ordered the Total Cleanse and have not opened it. I want to send it back but do not have an address. I'm trying to find it somewhere. What a scam going on. I hope someone can give me an answer of what is going on.

Possible Fraud
I ordered a free trial from the company listed above and they charged my credit card $3.95. I called several times to cancel the free trial membership and have been on the phone for thirty or more minutes listening to music each time and then sent to a bogus extension number where a recording states that the extension is not available and to leave a message. The trial size product that I received states that customer service is available 24/7. I have contacted my credit card company to alert them of possible fraud. The company is not answering calls nor responding to e-mails.

unauthorized charges on my credit card. the phone number is invalid I cancelled my card, but don't know what else to do.

unauthorized use of credit card
I received the bottle of tablets with no literature attached. To my surprize a $80.00 plus charge was on my card in two weeks, from a company named Total Cleanse. I called the phone number given by the bank. I was told by the customer service person that they would only help me if I gave them a credit card number to look up the account. I said no. I asked to look it up by my name. I was told they could not help me without a credit card number and actually hung up on me.
I called back and only got voice mail, so I left message. Four hours later without a return call, I had my husband call and he got the voice mail also, but now saying it was a holiday and they were closed.
My bank straightened it out and reversed the charges, but since my account was comprised, I had to close the account and open a new one. Stay away from free samples.
