I ordered a free trial from the company listed above and they charged my credit card $3.95. I called several times to cancel the free trial membership and have been on the phone for thirty or more minutes listening to music each time and then sent to a bogus extension number where a recording states that the extension is not available and to leave a message. The trial size product that I received states that customer service is available 24/7. I have contacted my credit card company to alert them of possible fraud. The company is not answering calls nor responding to e-mails. read full review »
