I spoke with someone named Paula. She was half way decent. I told her that I had a charge that I didn't authorize. She sounded just like a machine stating that on their site the policy blah blah blah. Well I told her I'm diabetic and I can not take their product. She expected me to still pay for a bottle I didn't receive. This company is plain ridiculous. Not only is this FWM Lab compay trying to rip me off of 40.00 bucks their sister company Acai Berry Detox is trying to get 86. Out of me! I called my bank and they gave me the phone numbers. I also informed the bank that these charges were not authorized. I guess that will teach me to buy anything over the internet again. It's a big RIP OFF!! DON'T BUY IT!!!
