I spoke with someone named Paula. She was half way decent. I told her that I had a charge that I didn't authorize. She sounded just like a machine stating that on their site the policy blah blah blah. Well I told her I'm diabetic and I can not take their product. She expected me to still pay for a bottle I didn't receive. This company is plain ridiculous.
