I had ordered the trial acai nonoi advertised on Rachel Ray and Opray, and had tried to cancel but was unable to. I sent email to cancel, tried calling but was told to call during their business hours. I had tried to call several times. When I finally did reach them by phone I was told I had 2 weeks to cancel by phone only, and so I was charged for the so called "free sample".
