What a rip off and scam! I foolishly ordered the Acai pills and colon cleanse product on line for the advertised trial offer of just .99 cents to cover S&H. I should have read the fine print. You have to cancel and return the product within just a few days of receiving it and I also an suspicious of the health safety of the product. I was charged 2 more charges that equaled $160.00 as signing up for the "trial" means you are subscribing to a continual supply. I never used the product and sent all back. I tried several times to contact one number I found on some of my billing information and never got through to anyone. Finally I googled a contact number to get a refund and someone on a discussion board had a number to call and I finally got through after being on hold forever! Finally I did get it canceled and notified my bank that I did not authorize any more charges from that company and gave them the company information. The lessons learned: Always research a product on line for complaints BEFORE ordering anything, always read the fine print of the conditions of the purchase before committing to the purchase, check your local stores for a similar product of what you are looking to purchase because 9 times out of 10 you will be able to find it locally, and if it sounds like a really good deal and too good to be true- it probably is! I would caution purchasing anything on line unless it is a reputable company with good reviews for customer service, such as excellent ones like LL Bean, Target, Overstock.com, etc.
