over charged

on November 4, 2008 I ordered a trail bottle of Acai Pure ---I was to be billed shipping only of $4.95 -----the merchandise arrived with a sipping receipt for $4.95 ---- but when my charge came through it was for $41.85 billed on the 19th of November 2008...I want this taken care of immediately--I will turn it over to my attorney in 15 days...

overbilled and sent products not requested with free trial sample

I purchased an acai pure free trial and was to only pay for shipping $4.95, my card was billed for $9.95 for hoodia burst gum, and hoodia burst water for $29.95. I was unaware of these products being sent. I only wanted the free trial of acai pure. I was billed for a total of $44.85, I was only under the understanding I was paying for shipping. I calle dthe companies toll free number on 3 occations, and have yet to talk to any one. I have been on hold for a total 2 hours the past 3 days. I have sent complaits to their support department, [email protected] and have not gotten any response. I want to make sure that my card is not billed again for anything else. they never reply, or answer their phones
