didnt order this
I was checking out there web site and thay offered me a trail bottle for 1.95, so I thought ok entered my information, and starting haveing trouble, they called me and wanted me to give them the information over the phone I said no because I had just did that on the web site, she stated that they were having problems and that it didnt go though, I told her to wait so I could check the bank and make sure that it didnt go though, well I never checked because I though it didnt go though now they have sent me big bottle of tablets and gum and water drops that I didnt ask for. total of 41.85 what are we suppose to do thanks connie

charged without authorizing/never recieved second product that I was charged for
I sent for a free trial for $4.95 shipping only...I was then charged $39.95 (unauthorized) on my account and never recieved what they charged me for! My bank will now be notified that this is a fraud and not to authorize any other charges!

Charged for items I did not order
I too was charged for items that I did not order from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. I agree to a free trial of Acai Pure for shipping and handling $1.95. This was taken from my account on 9/08/08, and I just received that items (two of which I did not order) today, 9/27/08. I will contact my bank and have this stopped as well as contact the company.

sent two products I didn't order
Hello, you made a mistake on my order. MY order number is 1096470 .
On 9-11-08, I ordered what was said was a free trial bottle of Acai pure. I only had to pay shipping of $4.95, so I ordered that, and only that.
When my package came it stated my total order was $44.85, imagine my shock!
I was sent two other products by mistake, and I need to get them back to you, so you can credit my card.I have looked forward to recieving this, only to find that I have been billed for hoodiburt gum, and hoodiawater 1 unit, that I didn't order. I would appreciate you sending me the information I need to return those products and I still want to try the Acai Pure, that is free to try . Janice Bennett

Charge for products I didn't order!
I only ordered the "Acai Pure Trial." I only authorized the shipping and handling PERIOD! Once I received my free trial they also included HOODIBURST GUM and HOODIAWATER. Who wants to pay $10.00 for a stinkin' pack of gum and $30.00 for HOODIAWATER. This company is dishonest in their practices.

charged 41.38, was only supposed to be charged 1.99 shipping
I ordered a product that was supposed to be endorsed by
Oprah Winfrey, if in fact she does endorse the product she should check it out. It a scam.
The ad said try a sample of Acai Pure, free, only pay
shipping and handling on first bottle, but at once there
was a charge in the amount of 41.85 appeared on my
bank account.
I immediately called to tell them not to send anymore of
this product. Of course I don't know if it did any good,
this kind of thing causes people to not trust online
ordering.
This is false advertising.
