Tried a trail offer of the product and was automatically enrolled into 3 other companies as well as automatically charging more of the trial product onto my credit card per month. The totals at the time that I could figure was over 100.00 per month. I called every individual number that was listed for cancelltion(each tried to extent the trial period) I told them all I was not interested and was given a cancellation number. I have now received a e-mail for a automatically refill charged to my credit card. Order# 1168973 & a assigned customer number my 1741974.

I places and order for this product on December30, 2008. This was for the trial sample in which i was billed $5.95 for shipping. I was suppose to receive this order by January 4, 2009. As of this Date, January 9, 2009, I have not received this product
The confirmation order for this order is 1033632. The name is Joan Ayscue. I expect to et my $5.95 shipping charges refunded to me or the product that I was suppose to get.My e-mail address is: [email protected]. I have been on hold on the telephone for over an hour now and am still holding.
If product isn't sent as advertised, this is fraud.
Would you please send me a response to this asap.
Then next day after the order was placed, I got a phone call to confirm my shipping address and I still haven't heard about my order.

After ordereing a "free sample" of Extreme Acai Berry (suppose to pay only postage $3.95) I received this product.
INSIDE the package information says unless I call and cancell I am signed up for monthly bank account charges. I Immediately called and cancelled!!
To my surprise I went online to my bank web site only to find:
www.Fit-Fac.Co (I never heard of) took out $29.95 from my account, then they took out $1.17.
I called 877 350 8480 (number on bottle) Maxine told me to call 866 407 1022 (which I called) I pray they put my money back into my account.
I told this Rizo (her name) I will do what I have to do to get my money back, and this is the old bait and switch illegal program.
I NEVER agreed to a monthly anything from these people.
THIS COMPANY IS ILLEGALLY TAKING MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE!!

On Dec 22 I ordered a free trial order for Acai Berry and Colon Rx. Five days later on Dec 26 I received a phone call from a company rep clarifying the terms of the free trial offer. I understood the trial offer has for 15 days and asked when the "clock" started on that time. He told me the 15 days started the day the order was shipped and that the order would be shipped that day (Dec.22). Ten days later I had not yet received the product so called to cancel my order and my obligation to decide if I wanted to continue with receiving the product. I talked to Francis who told me the order had not yet been shipped and he would transfer my call to the shipping department. My call was than disconected!!
After reading all the other complaints regarding this company I too think this is a scam and the company is fraudulent in it's practices.
