I places and order for this product on December30, 2008. This was for the trial sample in which i was billed $5.95 for shipping. I was suppose to receive this order by January 4, 2009. As of this Date, January 9, 2009, I have not received this product The confirmation order for this order is 1033632. The name is Joan Ayscue.
