Received "Free" Sample with a not-so-free charge. Called 866-730-8746. After a lengthy time someone finally picked up and a LONG conversation followed - mostly due to English not being his primary language and the end result was that my "order" was canceled and I would get all but 30% back. I argued and asked to speak to his boss. After a time he finally told me to send back and I would get 100% back.
It remains to be seen if I don't get charged any more or if I will get money back. I had already opened and used a pill (not recommended) so I probably won't be sending back and I couldn't get across that I didn't have the orginal packaging so I'm guessing if I spend the money to send it back they won't give me anything anyway. What a scam. The bill much later because they want you to open up the bottle and use and not be able to send back.
