Received "Free" Sample with a not-so-free charge. Called 866-730-8746. After a lengthy time someone finally picked up and a LONG conversation followed - mostly due to English not being his primary language and the end result was that my "order" was canceled and I would get all but 30% back. I argued and asked to speak to his boss. After a time he finally told me to send back and I would get 100% back. It remains to be seen if I don't get charged any more or if I will get money back.
