I ordered a Canon digital camera in November to give to my fiance' for Christmas. I received a phonecall the next day to verify my information and they said that it would be here in 14 days. I waited and waited and called up today to get the tracking info. At this time, I found out that it was backordered and wouldn't be shipped until January. NEVER received a phonecall or email or anything to let me know that my order wouldn't be coming. Now it's too late to go with anyone else. I'm in tears. PLEASE don't buy from these people - they are TERRIBLE.
