I ordered a Canon digital camera in November to give to my fiance' for Christmas. I received a phonecall the next day to verify my information and they said that it would be here in 14 days. I waited and waited and called up today to get the tracking info. At this time, I found out that it was backordered and wouldn't be shipped until January. NEVER received a phonecall or email or anything to let me know that my order wouldn't be coming. Now it's too late to go with anyone else. I'm in tears.
