They are charging your credit card for bogus web access that is "part of the agreement" when you order the product. I called to cancel the product thinking that would take care of it all but a month later I am charged for the web access even though when I got the product I declined the web access. I did not argue with the representative but I know that I declined the service. Do not order from this company. They are definitely taking money from customers with hidden charges. Product did not even work as advertised.
