STUPID, STUPID, ME!!! I wish I would have checked this website out first!!! I did the same thing everybody else did and sign up for the free trial. I called 8 days later and cancelled my account, was given a cancellation number and even received an email from the company confirming the cancellation. It is now 17 days later and their company charged my account $169.95 and when I called, they said they have no record of my original cancellation. They have overdrafted my bank account and when I called the customer service they told me I have to send an email to the refund department to determine if I am eligible for a refund. I CAN'T BELEIVE I WAS THIS STUPID!!! Now I read that other people have been scammed also and are even to the point of getting an attorney. HOW DO THESE COMPANIES GET AWAY WITH THIS...I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!! CAN ANYBODY HELP???
