STUPID, STUPID, ME!!! I wish I would have checked this website out first!!! I did the same thing everybody else did and sign up for the free trial. I called 8 days later and cancelled my account, was given a cancellation number and even received an email from the company confirming the cancellation. It is now 17 days later and their company charged my account $169.95 and when I called, they said they have no record of my original cancellation.
