On January 14, 2009, I visited Dr. Carl F. Asseff for a problem with my eyes. Dr. Asseff treated me for an eye infection related withthe contact lenses.I went there for a several visits, on acerage every three to four weeks. Dr. Asseff collected his fees to the last decimal point from my helth insurance and myself. The last visit was on April 25, 2009. Dr. Asseff gave a prescribtion for new lenses. When the time came to pick up the lenses from his office, he witheld them from me and refused to give me the lenses or my precription for the lenses. I called him back and asked him to see me or give me the prescription. He refused and insulted me good time. I need my prescription or a refund of the money he collected from me for the last six month. I have been cheated out of my time, money and the aggrevation to strugle to see clear.
