When ordering the product I should have realized it was a bad idea when I could not find a cost anywhere, but being niave, I ordered the product anyways. I then realized that I would be out of town when it arrived not giving me any time to try it. I would end up receiving it the same day I would need to ship it back for a refund. I immediately emailed them and an associate said he would give me an extension so that I could try the product. This extension was never done, never noted and of course, no one knew what I was talking about even though I always forwarded the email that stated from them that I was to get an extension. I then called and emailed a few times never getting anywhere, my card was charged $78.81 even though I contacted them within the 14 days and I could never get anyone to let me talk to a supervisor. The line was full of static, I could not understand anyone who answered the calls and I always got an email stating to call. Eventually, after about a week of constant battling I got someone to write back that they had processed a refund to my card, of which I never got. Basically, everything they ever said was a lie, they charge your card regardless of whether or not you are within their stated 14 days and they are 100% unethical. Do not order anything through this company and if you do, you will be charged and you will not get the money back.
