When ordering the product I should have realized it was a bad idea when I could not find a cost anywhere, but being niave, I ordered the product anyways. I then realized that I would be out of town when it arrived not giving me any time to try it. I would end up receiving it the same day I would need to ship it back for a refund. I immediately emailed them and an associate said he would give me an extension so that I could try the product.
