I received my Kit & I recommended it to my mother. She ordered and did NOT receive the full kit - only the Gel and the light and blue gel were missing. She called to tell them and they said that when her trial period is up she will be charged - NO MATTER IF SHE HAD THE COMPLETE KIT OR NOT. They have continued to charge her bank account for another full kit and only sent the Gel again. Even in my 2nd shipment they did not send a complete set. THIS COMPANY HAS NO PRIDE - THEY ARE TAKING MONEY WITHOUT SENDING THE FULL COMPLETE SET. THEN THEY SAY "OH WELL, YOUR TRIAL IS UP" AND CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT - WITHOUT EVEN SENDING THE COMPLETE KIT. THIS IS FRAUD!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE DOOPED. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.
